How do I order?
You can order in a variety of ways: on-line, through email, over the phone, or through the mail. No payment is required until you are ready to approve your artwork to print. Orders cannot be printed until full payment is received.
How do I place an on-line order?
1. Find a layout style that you would like- remember the name, number, or letter.
2. Click on any magnet design to view the magnet information page.
3. Hit the 'Click to Get Started' link on the side and enter your quantity.
4. Type your layout name next to the question mark.
-If you designed your own magnet- check the corresponding box.
-If you would like us to design a custom magnet- check the describe box.
5. Work your way through the pages and questions.
6. Payment is not required until your proof is approved. You can enter your credit card information for us to hold (not charge) or choose Proof Request Only. In both cases, you will not be charged until you are ready to print.
7. When your order is submitted, a graphic artist will be assigned to your order. They will read all the notes on your order and work with you on your design. You are able to work with the same person until your order is complete.
What is the thickness of your magnets?
Our magnets are a sturdy .25 mil, about the thickness of a credit card while still being flexible. They are constructed of a full magnet backing, apoxy, your printed artwork, and sealed with a glossy clear laminate.
Can I see a sample magnet?
Sure! To request a free sample kit, go to Free Samples in the menu bar and fill out the sample request form. Your samples will be shipped the following business day, and you should received them within a week.
How much is it to edit my photo?
We will crop, resize, change to b/w, sepia, b/w with color, or edit out the background for you for no additional charge. Please let us make these changes for you to ensure that your photo remains at a high resolution.
Will I receive a proof before my magnets are printed?
An email proof will be sent within 24 hours of placing all magnet orders. No orders can be printed until we receive a written proof approval via email.
Can I see a paper proof of my design?
A paper proof of your design can be purchased for $20, plus shipping. This will be a pre-production laminated proof, without magnet backing.
How and when do I pay for my magnets?
If you place your order on-line, you will have an option to enter your credit card information at that time. Your card will be saved, but not charged, until you are ready to print. If you choose not to enter your credit card when you place the order, we will email you an invoice which you can 'click to pay' on a secure website. Once your order is paid, we will send your magnets to print.
How long will it take to receive my magnets?
Magnet proofs are emailed 24 hours after each request. After proof approval, the magnets will take 6 working days to produce. UPS ground is the standard delivery method, and usually takes 1-4 business days to arrive. Upgraded shipping methods are also available.
Do you offer a RUSH production?
Our standard 3.5"x4" magnet with envelopes has rush production available. Magnets will ship 1 working day after proof approval, as long as the order is approved and paid before 3 p.m. CST. All standard layout styles are available for the rush magnet. Upgraded shipping is also available.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
UPS ground is usually around $5-10, depending on delivery location and magnet quantity. UPS ground will arrive in 1-4 business days. If you would like a shipping quote, please email in your quantity and full address.
How much is the postage per magnet?
Most of our magnets will require a 1 oz. First Class Stamp (currently 41c). The 4x7" magnet and magna-seal postcard will require additional postage.
Do you have envelopes?
Yes, we have envelopes available for each of our magnet sizes. Envelopes for our standard size magnet, 3.5"x4", are included in the magnet price. Please click on the envelope link to view exact sizes and pricing for our envelopes, as well as pricing to have your address printed on the back flap of your envelope.
